Delete Your Data

Stelloria has no accounts and no user database. Your seeker profiles, readings, report numbers, chats and optional photos are stored locally on your phone — so you are always the one who can erase them.

01Delete everything inside the app

Open Profile → Danger zone → Delete all data and confirm. Stelloria immediately erases every profile, reading, chat, saved photo, setting and the daily reminder on this device, then restarts with a fresh welcome.

02Delete individual items

Remove a single seeker profile from Profile, or delete individual readings and chats from your history at any time.

03Delete from Android

Open Android Settings → Apps → Stelloria → Storage → Clear storage. This removes the local database and all files the app has stored. Uninstalling Stelloria removes the same data.

04Data sent for a reading

To create a reading, only the details it needs (such as birth data or a palm/face photo) are sent for calculation and AI interpretation. They are not linked to an account, and photos are processed temporarily and not kept by us.

05Subscriptions

Premium is managed by Google Play. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Premium can be restored on the same Google account later.
